"Shipping was just okay"
The order itself went through totally fine, but yeah, the shipping was a little slower than I was expecting. It took a few days just to get the tracking email, so I kept checking my account like, okay, any updates yet?
Once it finally shipped, it moved along alright and arrived in good shape, so no real complaints there. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience or anything, just not super fast. I’d probably order again, but only if I wasn’t in a rush

"Updates felt lacking and a bit dismissive"
My order went through without any issues, but the status barely changed for days. I ended up having to keep checking on it myself because there weren’t really any clear updates. When I did reach out, the response kind of made me feel like I should’ve already known what was going on, which felt a little talked down to. The item did arrive in the end, but the communication could definitely be better

"Safety features felt genuinely thought out"
I ordered from mossberg.com and, i was mostly focused on the safety setup before making the purchase. The top safety is really easy to spot and reach, even with my smaller hands, which was a big deal for me. The manual was straightforward too, not one of those confusing ones that feels like they expect you to already know everything. The site had the details I wanted without making me hunt around forever. It kind of felt like they weren’t just listing safety features to check a box, but actually designed it with real safe handling in mind, and I appreciated that.

I ordered through mossberg.com and the FFL transfer went through okay overall, but it wasn’t exactly the smoothest thing. It took a few extra days, maybe more than I was expecting, and I didn’t really get a ton of updates along the way. My dealer ended up receiving it without any real issue, so it worked out, but I do wish the whole process had been a little clearer

I’d give mossberg.com about 3 stars for the assembly and disassembly info. It did help me figure out the main steps, but a few parts were still kind of confusing, like they were written for someone who already had some experience with it.
Getting everything back together wasn’t awful after around a couple tries, but I definitely had to slow down and check a few other things along the way. It’s not bad overall, just not as easy as I was hoping. Clearer pictures or more plain wording would help a lot.

Checking out on Mossberg was easy. The pages loaded without any issues, the shipping details were clear enough, and my payment went through right away. I got the confirmation email almost immediately too, so... yeah, no real complaints from me

"Pretty easy controls to figure out"
I actually liked the control layout on mossberg.com. Most of the stuff was right where I thought it would be, so I didn’t have to poke around too much. The menu’s simple and not all cluttered up, which helped. I did spend a minute trying to find a couple little details, but overall... yeah, it was easy to use.

I figured the box might have a few dents like packages sometimes do, but it actually arrived in great shape. It was packed well with no tears or damage that I could see.

It works fine for basic range use, and I can see why some people would be happy with it. To be fair, there’s nothing really wrong with it, it just didn’t fit what I personally needed. If your expectations are simple, it may do the job, but it wasn’t quite my thing.

I found the parts and accessories I needed on mossberg.com without too much trouble. Like I said, they had a better selection in stock than a few other places I looked at, which was nice. Shipping wasn’t exactly fast, but it wasn’t a big deal since everything showed up fine and fit like it was supposed to. The site could be a little easier to sort through, like I said, but overall it was a solid experience. I’d give it 4 stars

"Fit Didn’t Feel Right for Me"
I was hoping this would work out, but the fit just felt off to me. It didn’t sit the way I expected, and personally, I think the sizing or cut may not be quite right for my body shape...

"Decent site, but the waiting got annoying"
Mossberg.com was okay overall, but it felt a bit clunky to use. I did end up finding what I was looking for, but it took more clicking around than I expected, and waiting on certain pages to load got frustrating after a while. The product info is there, which I appreciated, but it isn’t always the easiest to sort through. Not a bad experience, just not especially smooth either

"Feels decent, just not quite perfect"
Overall, it feels good in the hand... the grip is comfortable enough and it points naturally for me. That said, the stock feels a little bulky, at least for my preference. The controls all work fine, no real complaints there, but after using it for a while, it’s just not the most comfortable setup

I was surprised by how much Mossberg stuff they had on there. More models and parts than I figured, at least for what I was checking. The site was easy to look through and compare things too. Just nice having it all in one spot instead of jumping around.

"Ended Up Being a Solid Pick"
I felt a little pressured when I first picked up my Mossberg, like I had to make a decision fast and just hope it worked out. But after taking it to the range, I’m happy with it. It shoots better than I expected, points easy, and the accuracy has been solid. I’ve put a few boxes through it now with no problems, and the recoil feels totally manageable. Overall, it’s been a good experience so far.

"Easy cleanup, even when my timing was awful"
Of course I waited until after a long range day, when I was already tired and short on time, to clean it. But it broke down really easily, and the cleanup ended up taking way less time than I expected.

"Good value overall"
It’s pretty much what I expected for the price. The quality feels solid and I’m happy with it overall. Shipping did take a little longer than I was hoping, but it wasn’t a huge deal.
